Recreational 5-15 years

Gravity Busters™

5-15 years
Gravity Busters™ classes run for 60 minutes and are for children and young persons aged 5 to 15 years. Each child works on a series of badges covering levels 1 to 10 – each badge providing a new challenge. Bigair Gymsports™ dynamic programmes offer your child numerous life enhancing benefits that will prepare them for a lifetime of success.

Whilst your child is developing their motor skills, they will also show improvement in social and intellectual skills. Your child will increase flexibility, balance and rhythm, and consequently improve self-esteem and confidence. Listening skills, attention span and the ability to follow directions will also improve.

Finally, your child will become more confident, more willing to take risks, and challenge themselves in ways they never have before.
