Saturday 6.00pm - 8.00pm / Sunday 9.30am - 11.30am / Sunday 12.00pm - 2.00pm

2 hours (Up to 15 children) - $200.00 / Additional children - $10.00 per child

OWHIRO BAY TimeS & COSTS

Sunday 9.30am - 11.30am / Sunday 12.00pm - 2.00pm / Sunday 2.30pm - 4.30pm

2 hours (Up to 15 children) - $185.00 / Additional children - $10.00 per child

Conditions:

Payment must be made in full at time of booking to secure your birthday party.
Payments are non-refundable within 3 weeks of party date.
Bookings are subject to availability
Cost includes private facility hire and an experienced host to run or assist with your child’s birthday party.
The cancellation of a booked party at Bigair Gym outside of the 3 week period, will incur a $20 processing fee which will be subtracted from the total refund.
Food setup and pack up must strictly happen within party time slot while kids are doing activities with host.

Rules:

No jeans. Please wear athletic clothing suitable for fun physical activities.
Please do not wear pant belts on the bars.
No shoes on the gym floor.
No jewellery and long hair needs to be tied back.
The birthday party host has full authority at all times.
Adults are not allowed on the equipment.
At least one parent must stay in attendance for the duration of the birthday party.
Please bring your own food and drink. Bigair Gymsports™ has a kitchen facility with small fridge, zip, water cooler and microwave.
Please have all your rubbish and belongings packed away promptly by the end of your party time slot and put rubbish in the bin provided.
